Current Vacancies: 1 x Site Administrator 1 x Workshop Administrator Site Administrator Reporting directly to the Project Manager, t he Site Administrator is responsible for the effective management of the administration office and ensuring that all allocated projects have the efficient and productive administrative support to meet Exact Mining Services and Client requirements. S ome Workshop Administration tasks will be undertaken during periods of leave. Position Accountabilities: · Coordinate site access and inductions & provide support to new employees · Coordinate all travel / accommodation for new employees, sub-contractors, visitors and non-site based employees · Ensure that all payroll spreadsheets including contractor hours are completed accurately and provided to Support Services on a fortnightly basis · Answer and direct all incoming calls and correspondence · Undertake all general administrative duties as required by the Project Manager · Manage site stationary supply · Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, legislation, company and site policy and procedure · Report all safety hazards, risks and incidents in accordance with site reporting policy and procedure Workshop Administrator Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, the Workshop Administrator is responsible for ensuring the Workshop Manager has the efficient and administrative support required for the completion of all compliance, administrative and data entry tasks. The position also acts as a backup for the Site Administrator during periods of leave. Position Accountabilities: · Provide administrative support to coordinate site access and inductions & provide support to new employees · Assist with the coordination of travel / accommodation for new employees, sub-contractors, visitors and non-site based employees · Ensure that all payroll spreadsheets including contractor hours are completed accurately and provided to Support Services on a fortnightly basis · Answer and direct all incoming calls and correspondence for the Workshop department · Assists in the compilation of the Workshop roster and updates the rosters weekly · Daily use of Maintenance Program including data entry of plant hours, all servicing, defects and unplanned maintenance · Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, legislation, company and site policy and procedure · Report all safety hazards, risks and incidents in accordance with site reporting policy and procedure Position Requirements: Administration qualification or similar Experience in a similar position, preferably within the Mining / Civil industry Strong computer / data entry skills Client relations experience Solid understanding of mining operations and maintenance (highly advantageous) Car License Candidates must be fit to work in extreme weather conditions and remote locations, consistent with mining operations Positions are to commence immediately, will be based around a 2:1 roster (14 days on, 7 days off) and include flights ex Adelaide , meals and accommodation. “TOTAL COMMITMENT TO SAFETY” www.exactmining.com.au
