Compilation of geophysical prognosis documents, detailing seismic programs with expected formation and reservoir tops. Detailed documentation to ensure compliance with specific government regulations and company requirements. Integration of geophysical and geological data leading to the development of plays and potential drilling targets. Execute the Exploration Plan for investigations to achieve project deliverables. Suitable candidates will have; Geophysics or related geophysical tertiary qualifications. 15 + years experience working in Oil & Gas industry. Exploration experience is essential. Proven track record. Well-developed leadership and administrative skills. Demonstrated analytical, evaluation and reporting skills. 2D and 3D seismic interpretive experience. Broad working history. Broad knowledge of Australasia's petroleum geology and sedimentary basins. A salary range of $180,000 - $200,000 is available for this role depending on skills and experience. The role of Asset Manager (Subsurface) will be responsible for the strategic leadership and coordination of the technical and commercial effort to maximize the value of the companies producing fields. In this role, you will take responsibility for the overall performance of fields and the implementation of productions optimizations strategies, including consultation and risk mitigation. Strategic knowledge and experience in EOR and production optimization practices is critical. Responsibilities will include; Prepare and present development plans and associated budgets. Manage a multi-disciplinary team of subsurface professionals. Ensure that suitable model(s) are built and maintained to provide an appropriate means of managing developments, forecasting future production and continuously updating recoverable reserves. Monitor the economic value of the field and understand the impacts of all the commercial contracts. Advise management on the potential for further economic development of the fields. Identify and implement appropriate technologies for the efficient and effective operation of the field. This role will also includes presenting the Sheep Show, where you demonstrate how to shear a sheep, and explain elements of the Aussie sheep shearing tradition to international and Australian guests. The role also involves animal husbandry & care of sheep, training & conditioning, animal handling, hosting large group presentations and participating in photo sessions. You will need to be personable, professional, energetic and enthusiastic, with an appropriate level of general Aussie shearing & Aussie wildlife knowledge and skills. · Weekend work is a regular requirement of this role. · Pay rate & conditions at Grade 3 or 4 under Amusements, Events & Recreation Award 2010, as appropriate. · This is an outdoor role in a non-smoking environment.
